Our Coaching Philosophy

At Crowborough Personal Training, we don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we take the time to understand you - your goals, lifestyle, and starting point - and build a sustainable strategy from the ground up.

Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or body composition, our mission is simple:
To help you build a body that looks and feels incredible, and give you the tools to sustain it long term.

We blend in-person coaching with support between sessions - so you’re not just training, you’re progressing with purpose.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

We specialise in what we know delivers the best results: personal training.
We offer two training formats, designed to suit different needs and preferences:

1-to-1 Personal Training

Focused. Private. 100% tailored to you.

This is our most personalised option. You’ll train in complete privacy with your coach’s full attention, following a fully bespoke plan that evolves as you do.

What’s included:

✔️ Private in person training sessions

✔️ Custom training program

✔️ Technique coaching & progress tracking

✔️ Online coaching support* including:

  • Weekly check-ins + messaging between sessions

  • Nutrition guidance, recovery support & lifestyle coaching

  • 4 sessions per calendar month £200

  • 8 sessions per calendar month £400

  • 4 sessions per calendar month £600

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Train with others - still all about you.

With a maximum of 3 clients per session, this option gives you shared energy and encouragement, while still following your own individualised plan.

What’s included:

✔️ Online coaching support* including:

  • Weekly check-ins + messaging between sessions

  • 8 sessions per calendar month £200

  • 4 sessions per calendar month £300

 FAQs

    • If your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, then yes - online coaching support is essential! These goals rely heavily on nutrition, sleep, and daily habits, and our remote check-ins and guidance make all the difference.

    • If your goal is simply to get stronger to improve your health, online coaching is optional. Some clients like the extra structure; others are happy with just in-person support. It’s up to you!

  • We use a monthly membership model to give you more flexibility and consistency. Instead of locking you into a strict weekly schedule, this allows you to:

    • Use your sessions across the calendar month

    • Shift sessions around if you're going on holiday or have a busy week

    • Stay focused on long-term progress without losing sessions you've paid for

    It’s designed to support your goals while working around real-life schedules.

  • No! We don’t believe in tying people into long-term contracts. Our memberships are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to stay as long as it's working for you. We want you to train with us because you're getting value and results - not because you're locked in.

  • 1-to-1 Personal Training:
    Once you're set up, you'll book directly with your coach (Paul or Bex). We'll work with your schedule to find regular times that suit you best.

    Semi-Private Personal Training:
    You'll book your sessions via our easy-to-use app. We have a set weekly timetable of small group sessions to choose from - just pick the slots that work for you.

  • For 1-to-1 sessions:
    You'll work with either Paul or Bex depending on who best suits your personality, goals, and preferences. We'll decide this together during your consultation to ensure the best fit.

    For Semi-Private sessions:
    You'll be coached by either Paul or Bex, and often both of us will be there! We work together closely to make sure every client gets consistent coaching, support, and progression.

  • Yes, absolutely. We know goals, schedules, and budgets can shift over time. You're welcome to move between membership options, just chat with us if you'd like to make a change.
